7 Better Tasting Things to Drink Than Green Smoothies

 In Uncategorized

Kale and pineapple and bananas! Oh, my! Okay, there are so many reasons to drink these drinks. Being able to credit that new pep-in-your-step to the power of organic kale being one of them. And being able to say things like, “Wow, you wouldn’t believe how great I feel” and,  “I feel way more energetic since I substituted organic, free-range vegetables for coffee” being another. Excellent reasons all around, but let’s be honest for a second — they taste horrible. Unless you are a retired, vegetable-blending aficionado, the average green smoothie scores one bar above vegemite on the taste scale (if you don’t know what vegemite is, you’re not missing much).

Getting to the point of things, blended cocktails may not boost your metabolism or be made with free-range ingredients, but they’re delicious. Delicious things release endorphins that make people happy. It’s science. So, green smoothies considered, here are several drinks we suggest to wash that horrible, green taste right out of that frown.
