3 Cocktails for Fall that aren’t Pumpkin Spiced
Bring out the pumpkins, fuzzy socks and light your fireplace because it is officially Fall! It is now acceptable to get pumpkin spiced everything and take pictures with the leaves as they “fall” perfectly around you. For some, the best thing about Autumn is pumpkin spiced everything but there are some who don’t like pumpkin spice. So for all those of you out there who don’t like it, Mt Rose Drink has put together some cocktails that you can drink to ring in the new season.
Apple Cider Moscow Mule
Ingredients:
4 oz Ginger beer
2 oz Vodka
2 oz Apple Cider
Lime wedge worth of lime juice
Ice
Method:
Fill a copper mug with ice. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Garnish with an apple slice, serve and enjoy!
Cranberry Martini
Ingredients:
2 oz Tequila
1.5 TBSP Cranberry Sauce
1 TSP Unsweetened Honey
1 Limes worth of Lime Juice
5 Cranberries
Ice
Method:
Shake together all of the ingredients except the cranberries for 15 seconds. Pour the shaken ingredients into a sugar rimmed glass. Drop in the cranberries, serve and enjoy!
Spiced Cider
Ingredients:
2 oz Spiced Rum
4 oz Apple Cider
1 TSP Cinnamon
Ice
Method:
Shake together all of the ingredients for 15 seconds. Pour into a cinnamon sugar rimmed glass, garnish with a cinnamon stick and apple slice, serve and enjoy!
*You can use hot apple cider and no ice for a warm hot spiced cider cocktail.
