3 Recipes to Cook with Alcohol
Making a special dish can be hard. Everyone can make pasta, chicken or a desert but what will make yours stand out; cooking with alcohol. Adding in alcohol while cooking can make your dish stand out from the rest at the company potluck and everyone will want your recipe after you bring it to the block party. While it may sound strange, adding alcohol isn’t that uncommon in many restaurants either. The alcohol is simply to enhance some of the flavors in the dish. The dishes below are some that you can make at home for the whole family. The alcohol cooks out, making it okay for those under the legal drinking age.
