Upcycle Your Favorite Bottles

In today’s world recycling is everywhere but isn’t very fun. We also have DIY everywhere but also see things that our friends have and can’t always be the one copying. At Mt Rose Drinks we thought what better way to combined the things that are everywhere but upcycling bottles. It makes recycling fun and gives you a way to DIY before your friends. We have put together a list of all of the best things that we think can be done with Mt Rose Drinks bottles.

• Make cups by cutting of the top
• You can also make homemade candles by cutting off the tops
• Make a cheese board by melting down a glass bottle until it is flat
• Make light covers but cutting off the bottom of the glass bottles
• Glue a plate to the bottom, drill a small hole and fill with bird seed to make a unique bird feeder
• Take the tops of glass bottles, glue on the tops and make shot glasses
• Clean out your favorite bottle really well, add soap and a pump and you have a nice soap dispenser
• Fill some glass bottles with lamp oil, add a wick and make your own torches
• Cut some of the plastic bottles in half, add a hole to one side and you can hang anything that needs charging by the charger in the wall
• Paint some of the bottles and you have a one of a kind vase
